Questions from hairdressers

Do I have to test everyone before every colour?

That is your call. You set how long a test stays valid, and your back office shows who needs a new one before their colour.

Can my formulas be private?

Yes. They are kept encrypted in your own back office, on your own accounts. We keep access to your hosting and email accounts so we can look after them for you, and you can remove it at any time.

Can I work with a colourist who rents a chair?

If they work inside your business, yes: the second practitioner extra gives them their own diary, with shared clients. A chair renter who runs their own business needs their own website and back office.

What happens to my reviews?

Your Google reviews are yours and stay where they are, whatever you book with. Reviews held inside someone else's marketplace stay with that marketplace. Add your Google review link once, and each client gets one email asking for a review after their second visit. How to get found on Google as a one-person business

A week with it

  1. Monday

A regular books her root colour online.

  2. Wednesday

She gets her reminder and notes.

  3. Friday

You copy last time's colour formula across with one tap.

  4. Saturday

Her colour aftercare arrives by email.

  5. Later

At the gap you set, she is nudged to rebook.
