Questions from barbers
I take walk-ins. Does this work for me?
Yes. You choose the hours clients can book online, so you can keep time free for walk-ins. There is no walk-in queue: you see walk-ins as you do now, and can add one to your diary if you want them on record.
I rent a chair. Can I use this?
Yes. It runs on your accounts, under your name, for your own business. The second practitioner extra is for someone working inside your business, not for separate chair renters.
Can I stop no-shows?
You can ask for a deposit when someone books, on the cuts you choose, and every booking gets reminders. Whether to ask for a deposit is up to you.
What happens to my reviews?
Your Google reviews are yours and stay where they are, whatever you book with. Reviews held inside someone else's marketplace stay with that marketplace. Add your Google review link once, and each client gets one email asking for a review after their second visit. How to get found on Google as a one-person business
Coming from another app?
If you are on a marketplace or app that takes a cut, your regulars and past visits can move across, and your page stays in your name. Can I bring my client list across?
